**Noni Banks**

Noni Banks is a highly accomplished entrepreneur, social media/marketing coach, content creator, and sought-after speaker and trainer. As the CEO/President of The Diva Movement, she provides invaluable business coaching, development training, and support to female entrepreneurs. With a background as a serial entrepreneur who also worked a full-time job, Noni understands the unique challenges faced by women in business and has successfully created a diverse and supportive community of women entrepreneurs.
Founded in 2012, The Diva Movement was created to provide support, tools and resources to help women succeed. Noni has created a diverse community of women who are taking their lives to new levels by being women of purpose and action.

Noni Banks is the visionary founder of the Soul Sister Circles, a powerful and transformative community designed specifically for women over 40. With her pioneering spirit, Banks recognized a distinct need for a safe and supportive space where women at this stage of life could come together, share their experiences, and uplift one another. With the Soul Sister Circles, Noni Banks is empowering a generation of women to reclaim their power, redefine their purpose, and forge stronger connections with themselves and with others. Her work is a testament to the profound impact one person can have when they commit to empowering and uplifting others.

Prior to launching The Diva Movement, Noni enjoyed an extensive career in the public and non-profit sector, serving as a Director at HandsOn Central Ohio and as a Senior Crime Victim Advocate for Mothers Against Drunk Driving. She is a nationally recognized speaker, trainer, and business development professional, and has been appointed to several prestigious positions, including the Facebook Leaders Network, the Facebook Small Business Council, and the Smart 50 Top Executive Awards for Central Ohio. Noni is an active member of her community and has served on numerous boards, including The Freedom Equity Group and Focus Learning Charter Schools. With a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Otterbein University, Noni resides in Westerville with her husband.
