Take some time to research how your target audience is using social media. There are statistics and demographics available regarding various platforms and how they interact with brands. You can also survey existing customers or conduct a focus group to discover this information.

Here are a few ideas that are highly effective:
User Generated content-This is a great way to increase engagement and reach. Share posts from your customers using your product or engaging with your brand. This also gives you an opportunity to show your customers some love
Live streams-Going live on Facebook and Instagram is a great way to build your brand and it also gives you an opportunity to generate leads. Simply post your offer or form in the content of your Live post.
Post testimonials-Video or written testimonials are both great content options to share
Polls-Ask a question to survey your audience. People love to share advice and provide insight
